I urge my fathers to seek 50:50 parenting plans, if that is what they want.

There are many factors, but I always start from the question, "How much custody do you want and what do you think is best for your kids?"  From there I fight for you, without any preconceived ideas.

Integrity and Custody

 They are tied together! 

     Acting like a mean jerk in the name of "men's rights"  or with vindictive cruelty toward the mother of your children, only signals to the Court that you won't be cooperative with any parenting plan that gives you equal custody or generous visitation.

        It's a bad idea.
